Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and the powdered sugar, then add the butter
  2. Knead the mixture until it is compact and has a clay like texture
  3. Refrigerate the dough for 1212 hours or overnight
  4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator at least 11 hour in advance.
  5. Sandwich the dough in between Saran wrap films, sprinkled with flour.
  6. Roll the coated dough until the desired thickness is achieved.
  7. Cut the cookies using a small, circular, cookie cutter.
  8. Poke each cookie in the center with a fork twice in two parallel lines.
  9. Bake the cookies at 200°200° F for 2525 to 3030 minutes.
  10. Assemble the cookies with dulce de leche in the middle and powdered sugar on top.
