Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour and the powdered sugar, then add the butter
- Knead the mixture until it is compact and has a clay like texture
- Refrigerate the dough for 12 hours or overnight
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator at least 1 hour in advance.
- Sandwich the dough in between Saran wrap films, sprinkled with flour.
- Roll the coated dough until the desired thickness is achieved.
- Cut the cookies using a small, circular, cookie cutter.
- Poke each cookie in the center with a fork twice in two parallel lines.
- Bake the cookies at 200° F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Assemble the cookies with dulce de leche in the middle and powdered sugar on top.
