Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

2-Eggs
1 + 1/4CupsButtermilk
2TablespoonsUnsalted Butter, Melted

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl
  2. Whisk eggs, buttermilk, and butter in a medium bowl
  3. Stir wet ingredient into dry ingredients until just combined (lumps are okay)
  4. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium heat, brush with oil
  5. Working in batches, scoop 13\dfrac{1}{3} cup of batter onto griddle
  6. Cook pancakes until bottoms are golden brown and bubbles form on top, about 33 minutes
  7. Flip and cook until other side is golden brown
