| 8 | Oz | Cream Cheese, Softened |
| 1/2 | Cup | Sugar |
| 3/4 | Cup | Milk |
| 1/4 | Cup | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | Cup | Whipping Cream |
| - | - | Halved Strawberries |
Instructions
- Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter
- Press the crust into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
- Soften the gelatin in lukewarm water by stirring over low heat until dissolved
- Combind the softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed until well blended
- Gradually add the gelatin, milk, and lemon juice, mixing until blended
- Chill mixture until thickened
- Whip the whipping cream to a soft peak
- Fold in the whipping cream
- Pour over crust, chilling until firm
- Top with halved strawberries right before serving
