1/4CupGrated Parmesan
2CupsShredded Mozzarella
--Parsley Flakes
--Dried Oregano
--Dried Basil Leaves
--Salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion
  2. Cook the onion, beef, and garlic
  3. Drain the mixture
  4. Add in the sugar, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce
  5. Add in parsley, basil, and salt to taste
  6. Boil
  7. Simmer uncovered until slightly thickened, around 45 minutes
  8. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, parmesan, parsley, and oregano
  9. In a large pan, layer the Lasagna:
    1. Spread one cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of the pan
    2. Cover with the lasagna noodles
    3. Spread one cup of the cheese mixture with one cup of the meat mixture and 2/32/3 cup of mozzarella
    4. Cover with the lasagna noodles
    5. Spread the remainder of the cheese mixture, one cup of the meat mixture, and 2/32/3 cup of mozzarella
    6. Cover with the lasagna noodles
    7. Spread with the remainder of the meat mixture and some mozzarella and parmesan
    8. Cover with the lasagna noodles
    9. Sprinkle some mozzarella and parmesan on top
  10. Bake at 350°C350°C for 45 minutes
