Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place flour and salt in bread mixer.
  2. Add the milk and oil.
  3. Dissolve sugar in warm water that is tolerable for the finger for a few seconds
  4. Add the yeast, stir, and wait a few minutes until it rises and bubbles form
  5. Add to the flour
  6. Using the bread attachment, turn on the mixer
  7. Add water, a teaspoon at a time, until the dough comes together
  8. Take out of the mixer and knead a little longer to make sure it is elastic
  9. Rub oil on the top and bottom of the dough, place in mixer bowl
  10. Cover with a cloth and keep away from drafts. You can place in an oven that is turned off.
  11. Wait at least one hour to let it rise.
  12. Press the dough with your finger. If the indent stays, it’s ready to bake
  13. Place flour on the counter and roll to the desired thickness.
  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 400400 degrees Fahrenheit
  15. Depending on the toppings, it may take around 3030 minutes to bake.
