Pizza Dough

Ingredients

4 | Cups | Bread Flour |
1/2 | cup | Milk |
1/2 | cup | Olive Oil |
1 | package | Fast Acting Yeast |
2 | Teaspoons | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Instructions
- Place flour and salt in bread mixer.
- Add the milk and oil.
- Dissolve sugar in warm water that is tolerable for the finger for a few seconds
- Add the yeast, stir, and wait a few minutes until it rises and bubbles form
- Add to the flour
- Using the bread attachment, turn on the mixer
- Add water, a teaspoon at a time, until the dough comes together
- Take out of the mixer and knead a little longer to make sure it is elastic
- Rub oil on the top and bottom of the dough, place in mixer bowl
- Cover with a cloth and keep away from drafts. You can place in an oven that is turned off.
- Wait at least one hour to let it rise.
- Press the dough with your finger. If the indent stays, it’s ready to bake
- Place flour on the counter and roll to the desired thickness.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Depending on the toppings, it may take around 30 minutes to bake.
