Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

1TeaspoonCinnamon
1Teaspoonnutmeg
1TeaspoonClove
1 + 1/4CupsSugar
4-Beaten Eggs
2/3CupWater
1CupVegetable Oil
2CupsOne Can of pumpkin
1CupChopped Dates
1CupChopped Nuts

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour 22 medium to large sized loaf pans.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry to wet ingredients and stir to moisten.
  5. Add dates and nuts.
  6. Fill pans 23\dfrac{2}{3} full.
  7. Bake at 350350 Fahrenheit for 4545 to 5050 minutes.
  8. It is OK to have it slightly gooey.
  9. Remove from pan onto wired rack.
  10. You can wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
