Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

| 2 | Teaspoons | Baking Soda |
| 1 + 1/2 | Teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | Teaspoon | nutmeg |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Clove |
| 1 + 1/4 | Cups | Sugar |
| 4 | - | Beaten Eggs |
| 2/3 | Cup | Water |
| 1 | Cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 2 | Cups | One Can of pumpkin |
| 1 | Cup | Chopped Dates |
| 1 | Cup | Chopped Nuts |
Instructions
- Grease and flour 2 medium to large sized loaf pans.
- Mix all wet ingredients and sugar in a large bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add dry to wet ingredients and stir to moisten.
- Add dates and nuts.
- Fill pans 32 full.
- Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 45 to 50 minutes.
- It is OK to have it slightly gooey.
- Remove from pan onto wired rack.
- You can wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
