Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

1/2Cupraisins
5sprigsgreen onions sliced
2-Avocados
2teaspoonslemon
2teaspoonssalt
2tablespoonsolive oil
1/2Cuppomegranate seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa
  2. Clean the chickpeas from their peel
  3. Cut the avocados
  4. Combine ingredients together little by little to figure out the right ratio
  5. Add the lemon, salt and oil and let the salad sit for a little while
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as need be
  7. Add pomegranate seeds on top
