Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

| 1 | 29oz Can | Chickpeas |
| 2 | Bunch | Chopped Cilantro |
| 1/2 | Cup | raisins |
| 5 | sprigs | green onions sliced |
| 2 | - | Avocados |
| 2 | teaspoons | lemon |
| 2 | teaspoons | salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | olive oil |
| 1/2 | Cup | pomegranate seeds (optional) |
Instructions
- Cook quinoa
- Clean the chickpeas from their peel
- Cut the avocados
- Combine ingredients together little by little to figure out the right ratio
- Add the lemon, salt and oil and let the salad sit for a little while
- Taste and adjust seasoning as need be
- Add pomegranate seeds on top
