Shakshuka

Ingredients

| 1 | Can | Diced Tomatoes |
| 1 | Can | Tomatoes Sauce |
| 1 | 4 Oz Can | Green Chilies (Trader Joe’s) |

| - | - | Cumin |
| - | - | Salt |
Instructions
- On a pan with high heat, break up and sear the beef
- Add the peppers and cook of the way, until slightly soft
- Add the garlic, chilies, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce
- Add the spices and mix thoroughly
- Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer until the sauce thickens
- Make divots with a spoon and add the eggs in the divots
- Cover, keeping on low heat
- When the eggs are cooked of the way, sprinkle the feta overtop
- Cover and cook until melted
